Beginning with any Mini Lop purchased August 2024.
We want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase of a BHMB Mini Lop and that your purchase puts forth its best effort to be what you had intended it to be.  However, understand that this is not always possible, and we all take gambles when purchasing new stock.  No refunds will be provided, however, I am happy to replace the rabbit you are unsatisfied with.  Replacement will be upon availability and be bred by BHMB and be of the same age, sex & variety.

We will replace for:
Split Penis
Wrong Sex
Harlequinized if not noted at time of sale on agouti animals.
Maloclousion before 6 months of age
Show stock that does not win at least one leg by 2 years of age, shown under no less than 10 judges.

Please note: We do not guarantee the HEALTH of purchased rabbits after they leave our care.  Changes in feed, environment, housing, temperature, elevation, stressors, and exposures to other animals, environments, stressors, etc are beyond our control once the animal leaves.
Payments, Deposit & Purchase
  1. There shall be a 50% deposit of the purchase price to hold your choice of rabbit for 30 days while transport arrangements can be made.
  2. All deposits are non-refundable if the buyer fails to complete the transaction (ie. arrange transport, complete payments, changes his/her mind, etc)
  3. Payment is due in FULL prior to the rabbit being transported.(Unless meeting the buyer directly, final payment may be done at pick up, but must be in cash only)
  4. Payments are accepted in the form of Cash & Paypal (Friends & family) Only.​

  • Holding & Pending
  1. Some rabbits maybe placed on Hold, and listed as such on the sale page, if they have been previously spoken for before officially becoming available.
  2. Rabbits will be placed under a Pending status once the deposit is received, followed by a date, 30 days after receiving the deposit, in which rabbits must be picked up and the final payment must be made. 
  3. For rabbits pending longer than 30 days, there shall be an additional $25 fee added to the purchase price for each additional 30 days held.

Transportation
BHMB offers free transportation to any sold rabbit to any show we attend, with the exception of ARBA Convention.
  1. BHMB will meet any transporter to pick up sold rabbits in Great Falls, Montana at no cost. (Great Falls, MT is approximately 76 Miles from our home, one way)
  2. If we are requested to travel any further than Great Falls or 75 Miles,  to meet, we require an additional payment for our fuel costs prior to meeting.
  3. Please give us at least 3-5 days notice to be able to make arrangements with our busy schedules to meet for pick up/transportation.

Pedigrees, Legs, Registration
  1. All Rabbits are sold with full and complete 3-generation pedigrees.
  2. Any legs earned by the sold rabbit will be given to the new owner.
  3. All registration papers will be signed and provided if applicable
  4. All paperwork available for any sold rabbit will be given to buyer within 30 days after sale if immediately unavailable at time of sale, or if the rabbit is being transported by a third party.​​

Convention
  1. All rabbits that are to be picked up at ARBA Convention must be entered.  All entries will be made by BHMB and under Seller's Name & ARBA Number.
  2. All rabbits must be paid in full, including transport fee, entry fee, care & any additional holding fees BEFORE they are brought to transporter.

If your BHMB Mini Lop has been shown and earned it's ARBA Grand Championship Certification you can have your choice of available Juniors at no cost to you when you provide a photo and copy of Grand Champion Certificate to us!  Photo and certificate will be posted on this website.
